*If you know you are coming to the reunion, please make your reservation by June 1, 2010! To further confirm our space and the food and beverage for the event with the Earle Brown Heritage Center the next payment is due shortly after June 1, 2010. We had $3300 in our reunion fund and were able to make the initial payment of $2250 At this time, the Reunion Committee is short of the necessary funds to make the next payment, which is approximately $4,500. Therefore, we need people to make their reservation before June 1. It is important to note that by paying early, you save $10 and decrease the Reunion Committee’s stress and premature graying.
MAKING A RESERVATION IS EASY

Until June 1, 2010 it is $55 per person (i.e., $55 for yourself or $110 for yourself and a guest). After June 1, 2010 it is $65 per person (i.e., $65 for yourself or $130 for yourself and a guest). If you prefer to pay by check please send your payment along with the Payment by US Mail form.
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites attached to the Earle Brown Heritage Center at the discounted rate of $109/suite. Each suite easily accommodates four to six people.
